PictureShow
I have a 2.5 GB archive of anime pictures on my hard drive. My roommate, Mike, and I used to use the Paint Shop Pro image browser to look at them, but we couldn't set up slide shows. Later that month, I'm browsing flipCode, and I see an image library that can load JPEG and PNG images. *ding!* I'll write PictureShow!
To use PictureShow, you just select a directory and select the amount of time between frames and let it work. It's really quite easy.
